Today is January 162020. Jason from APW heating& cooling came to my house. I have been feeling dirt getting in my mouth, eyes and around my nose at night while trying too sleep. I was having that problem for a year. Jason did a through check from basement too attic. He found the problem, it was some work that was done that the covers were put back wrong the part that takes in air was at the bottom and taking air off basement floor. Sence that was all I didn't have to pay anything the 1st time they come out there is no cost. Jason thank you. Ms Love

So I see they moved. I worked here for a very short time. They are rude to their customers and don't put them first at hand. They would say call them anyway after I explained how some were going through a rough time and couldn't do it right now. Like one had her husband died. They didn't care. They also cheated me and others out of pay. I hated working here not only as an employee but I hated how they treated their customers.

After 4 years our tanked water heater had already failed. Decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater due to the long lifespan, endless hot water and freeing up floor space. Elected to also add a water softening system to protect our appliances and plumbing. Zero regrets! Great install and easy finance options. Everyone was great to work with and made the entire process very easy. I plan to also include APW in the process when I upgrade my furnace & a/c.
