Terrible customer service, poorly organized company. It seems no one is on the same page. An item we purchased didn't work. It was covered under warranty so Plumb Supply said they would ship us a replacement at no charge. Later, our credit card was charged for this item without our knowledge nor authorization. When we contacted Plumb Supply we were told not to worry, our card would be refunded. When the refund never came, we contacted them again and were told by someone else that we needed to submit a warranty form in order to get a refund. We completed the form and submitted it. A refund never came. We called back again and were told we need to also ship the defective item back to them before a refund can be issued... it is beginning to look like we are being sent on a wild goose chase. Why is it that we have to get the necessary information a tiny piece at a time? The representatives of this company lack adequate training and/or integrity. Do better, Plumb Supply Company.

The staff there were very helpful and friendy. They have almost everything you need for commercial and residential.
