Blake 495 just completed a house traps removal and repair. He did an excellent and careful job. I would welcome him back for other major issue such as this one. He was timely, informative and welcomed my curiosity about the process. He was excellent and I hope the managers of the business know how valuable he is.

Our technician was polite and courteous. He explained our problem with the leaky supply valve and offered solutions. We also discussed a larger project we wanted done and he gave me options for that as well. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed to get done. Some companies may be cheaper but the ability to set weekend appointments is well worth it .

I have had a poor experience in the past with some plumbing companies as the property manager of an apartment complex. However, today I had an urgent situation that I had to call Roto Rooter for, Chris and I spoke over the phone, he was very professional, and was determined to make my experience as pleasant and beneficial as possible. He told me Blake number 495 would be coming out for service. Blake was here very promptly, with a smile and a great attitude, he talked me through what the problem could be, he diagnosed the situation, and fixed what I needed. He was very sweet and very professional, I would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumbing repair. I will be definitely requesting him again!
