Jenny Sellman	They did a good job installing 2 new hot water heaters but did a poor job with putting in a sump pump in basement. Not at all like it should have been put in. It's just a hole in the floor with pump on a rope down in the hole. Charged me for 2 pumps since first pump burned out from improper installation. Since then we have had to get a third pump. And basement still floods. Having an outfit out of Wichita who specialize in basements and sump pumps. Should have done that to begin with but they said they could do it and I like to keep my business local. Learned my lesson. Now I have to save up money to get it done again.
