Nathan came out and assessed the situation with no way of clearing the line since we didn't know where the line was located nor the location of a clean out.. Nathan was very professional and courteous with me since I am flu bound. He explained what was possibly going to need to be done and went as far as to not charge me for the service call. Since our system is 44years old and no record of its location, the entire line will eventually be required to be replaced. I trust PD Plumbing would be the company for this job in the near future. Update; the sewer line was found and repaired by another plumber and PD Plumbing was suggested as the company to perform the work to replace the house to city connection.
