Christian Munn	Not to happen with the price of an install for shower faucet handle. Called at 10AM and I was told the tech would be here a little after lunch. I called again at 2 and was told he got a little busy but would be round 4:30. Tech showed up at 5:10 and completed at 6:15. Billed 585.00, when I asked for an explanation I was told because it was over time. The tech was in class all morning for an apprenticeship. So of course he couldn't be here at 2. And then to stick it to the customer as OVERTIME when the tech told me he doesn't start til 2ish? Very very shady. Than I asked what's the labor rate? Still never got an answer from BOB the owner. Not a pleasant experience and will never recommend using TAPPENDORF for any services.
