We had a tiny drip that we knew we should get checked out before it became a big leak. Bryan came to check it out and found the leak inside the wall. Repair would be a longer job, so he scheduled John to come complete the work at a later date but made it so we could continue to use our kitchen normally until then. Bryan accommodated our active family's movements while still investigating efficiently. John was communicative, pleasant, personable, and professional. He thoughtfully washed his hands upon arrival and was careful about touching things while we're in this period of contagion. His work was tidy and neat and he did his best to be as unobtrusive as possible. We will definitely call Northwest again if we need to, though we hope we won't for a good long while.
