| Anna Garcia | Technician came to my house to repair hole in pipe. He provide us with 2 quotes. We chose the first quote, he competed the work without running water to make sure there were no leaks. Disappointed in his work ethic and customer service skills. Perhaps he was irritated that the 74 year old homeowner was trying to make conversation with him on other work. Needs to understand that his customer is his priority and chatting with them can lead to the customer calling his company again for additional work. Would not recommend this company to senior homeowners. We paid between 500-600 for this repair. The owner needs to contact me directly. Oh and we did not get a receipt for the work and payment either. |
