We were having trouble with our furnace it wasn't working and we were scrambling through the different companies to call not knowing which one is better. We decided to call Trouble Free, it was simple and easy. In a short amount of time they had a guy on his way. When Chris showed up, he was polite and professional. Chris didn't waste any time, he was able to diagnose the problem. Chris had everything he needed on his truck for the repair and I was even able to pay with my debt card. I can't remember the last time I had to call someone to work on my furnace but from now on Chris from Trouble Free is my furnace guy.

Scheduling was a breeze. Good communication. I used them partially due to them having a history on the equipment in the house. Trace was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain details and potential status of the HVAC system. I look forward to a quote on a new system when the time comes.
