| dawn w | Very unprofessional and problematic contractor. It was not disclosed upfront that the work was not going to be "guaranteed". I would never hire a contractor who will not guarantee their work. Big red flag right there. I expressed this to the tech who then proceeded to demand payment. I stated that I would be paying by typical online checking, once I know the drain is clear. He called the office who then spoke to me stating they had never heard of online checking for payments and would not accept it. The tech then called the police, who stated that the tech indicated he had left equipment on my property. OMG so now he is going to lie and say I owe him his equipment!? How fraudulent and unscrupulous can people be? For the record, the invoice he left clearly states that the amount must be paid within 30 days. I would attach proof with pictures here if I this site had that function. Will be filing complaints with every consumer agency applicable to protect other property owners from this kind of unethical treatment and intimidation. I will not be paying anything, as the tech left a black disgusting mess on the bathroom floor and pipes. AND the pipes under the sink now leak due to him. Last, but not least, the drain is not clear. WOW |
