I woke up to a cold shower and I realized my hot water heater must be broken. Because my daughter just had her hot water replaced by Black Diamond, I called them. After I scheduled my appointment I received an text that the tech guy was on his way. The text included a picture of Antonio which I thought was awesome. Knowing I had a picture of the person coming to my house is a great service!! Antonio was very nice and explained everything as he looked at my heater. We decided to replace it. When he was trying to drain the old unit, the water was not coming out, so he put the tank on a dolly and got it outside. This thing was full of water and must have weighed a lot, but he handled it with ease. Once it was outside he used a screwdriver to show how much sediment was at the bottom of my old tank. : He installed the new unit and I am so happy I chose Black Diamond. Antonio did a great job and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone. I'd give him 10 stars!!

This was our second time to use Black Diamond and we were extremely happy! Our kitchen sink plumbing was 20 years old and hardly draining. Ozzy took a look and explained to us what was causing the issues and then came up with a solution to fix it so that it was affordable and possible for us to do. He explained everything he did and left us with a sink that was like brand new again! Highly recommend.

I had 2 clogged bathroom drains on a Saturday. Black Diamond was able to come to my house within a couple hours. They honored a promotion to not charge a diagnostic fee and gave me a 15 discount. The plumber was very professional and stayed with it until he got it cleared. Both clogs were unusually difficult but I wasn't charged anything more than the agreed price. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs professional plumbing services.
