Can't say enough on how great their service is. Came home on New Years Eve at 1 in the afternoon to a major back up in my house. Called spoke to Scott and he had 2 guys out on the holiday by 330 to have my issue fixed. Never charged me an emergency call charge. The guys were here 2 hours out in the cold cleaning out my issue. I called because I needed a new water heater and valve since mine broke. It was nice to get some one actually answer the phone instead of a machine and this was on a Sunday. Tony and Joe were able to come out first thing in the morning and get everything installed. I liked how the valve was done and existing pipe modified to not touch the flue like it was before. The new water heater works great and lasts longer on hot then my old 25 yr old unit. Definitely will use again.

Scott and his crew were very nice to work with. They showed up on time, worked very hard and left the area clean. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
