| Jane West | Late yesterday afternoon Thursday I got a call from my renters in the my Kewanee rental property. The heat wasn't working properly. It 5 degrees outside, I told them to call Eds. I get a call last night at about 10:30pm that the repair man had just left. The furnace had a cracked exchange and the furnace was junk. The house was still at about 55 degrees, the renters were going to get space heaters for the night. Eds told me they would contact me ASAP in the morning and would get things ordered. Before 8 am Friday they called me and ordered the new furnace. They thought it would be Wednesday before they would get it. With a snow storm coming and the weather getting bad i was worried about the pipes freezing. Eds hustled and went and picked up the new furnace and put it in and had the heat on before 5 pm on Friday. I am so thankful for them and their hard work today! I highly recommend them! |
| Brian Johnson | Won't work with again. They initially agreed to work with my insurance company and were given written instructions of what they needed to do. The first visit they completely ignored the instructions, misdiagnosed the issue, and chose to not listen to me and the symptom of the issue reoccurs within an hour. 15 Minutes after they left their "fix" again broke. Since they did not follow the directions they were given the insurance company denied the claim. 142 out of my pocket. On their second visit they showed up briefly then left calling back saying they decided not to work with my insurance company after agreeing to. But they did me the favor for charging me another 200 for the privilege of not fixing anything. They also lied and said my phone was disconnected but somehow left a message for me on my voicemail while I was out of town. |
