We needed a sewer lateral in our basement repaired and Keith from KBI Plumbing came out immediately to give us a free estimate, which was a great deal more reasonable than the previous contractor had quoted. They were right on time the day the work was scheduled to be done. Their crew was very polite and did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up, it was left spotless! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced.

I recently moved into a beautifully remodeled older home only to find out there were major plumbing issues. Toilets started gurgling and sewage started backing up into the tub making the beautiful home a nightmare. Keith with KBI Plumbing came out the same day, clearly explained what needed to be done and gave a very reasonable proposal. He and his crew completed the work amazingly fast and the plumbing has been working great. I highly recommend them they did a great job and saved the day

They were very informative, fair, and to the point. Did not try selling unnecessary services. Crew came out today to replace under basement floor sewer lines. They were on time, entire team was extremely friendly and clearly worked well together. Finished the job early and made sure they cleaned up any mess they may have made it the house. Even cleaning patio door handle. Would highly recommend to anyone.
