Brendan and Mike from B-N-K Plumbing did a great job on replacing my hot water heater. I attached before and after photos that show their attention to detail with the install. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. The install took about an hour an half. They provided me advice on maintaining the new unit, and took away the old tank. I highly recommend their service.

I'm very pleased with the work Trevor just completed. I explained the problems, he tested them out and made pretty quick diagnosis. After explaining options to me, we came to an agreement and he proceeded to resolve both issues. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and nice!

BNK came out under AHS warranty for sump pump and a associated pipe leak. First thing they told be that the sump pump would not be covered as more than ground water was being introduced in the pit water from my water treatment system. I reviewed the contract and he was right. However, he would not fix the leaky pipe valve connected to the sump pump under the same argument that it held non ground water!!! There is no where in the contract that speaks to where or what should not be in the pipe or where the pipe should or should not be connected. Off course all this was to put a 720 bill in front of me so I could pay him to do the work. I called AHS and offcourse they will belive him and want to charge me again to come and see this. Find a reputable plumber please and avoid these folks - their reviews on Yelp are more reflective of their work.. not google
