I am a satisfied customer. I had pipes that Bursted. I called R and R. Zach showed up on time. He represented his company very well. Price was Good for the headaches I've gone through due to this pipes bursting. I'll be calling this company for more work in the future. Thanks R and R Plumbing Technicians.

Scheduled an appointment for today between 12pm and 2pm. Well at 2:30pm I text R&R and miraculously I immediately get a call back stated all the reasons why they weren't able to accommodate my appointment time. This is an extreme lack of respect of customers and there time and they more than likely wouldn't have contacted me if I hadn't of reached out to them first. I would not recommend them at gun point. Very unprofessional and was only interested in rescheduling and not fixed the glaring problem of scheduling with no contingency plans for lack of time and man power. They didn't even offer me anything for my inconvenience. I say again no, no, no to R&R Plumbing.

I hired R&R Plumbing in April 2019 to do a re-piping job for my parents.They had done some work there before and recommended replacing their galvanized pipes and installing copper ones to solve their problem of low water pressure and inaccurate water temperature in their kitchen. Rob the owner and I talked about the project in great detail. He answered all of my questions and assured me that R&R could do the job. From there, Brenda scheduled the job and shared next steps. Gary and Andy were assigned to the two day job. They kept me updated on the progress of their work and even invited me to see their work at different stages. Both were extremely professional and patient which I greatly appreciate given that I added another project for them to do while they were there. Without any complaints or hesitation, they adjusted their work plan to include my add on request demolish the old laundry sink and install a new one and still stayed on schedule. In fact, they finished earlier than projected and even threw in a new faucet for my parents' outside water line. Before they left, they cleaned up. I mean you couldn't even tell they were there for two days! The end result was just what Rob promised ---- beautiful copper pipes, strong water pressure and accurate water temperatures. Thank you R&R for doing a GREAT job and for taking care of my parents! You guys are the best!
