Carmen LaCassa, the owner, came the very same day we called. He even called and asked if he could come earlier than expected. He had a very professional uniform and covered his shoes with booties. He gave me an estimate to fix the leak, but said if he completed the job quicker than the estimated 90 minutes, he would charge less. He was done sooner and we were very happy. He is a young guy and I hope he is around for a long time because you always need a good plumber.

Carmen at LaCassa Plumbing is a highly skilled professional plumber. A veteran to the industry, they have helped on a couple projects including replacing a leaky garden hosebib, and removing/installing a new hot water heater. Highly responsive and patient in answering my questions, they've proved themselves each time to be a highly reliable company to partner with. They left each job cleaner than when it started while being respectful to my home shoe covers while walking in the house, tarps to not damage flooring, etc. A+ company.

Our sump pump was vibrating for the past few days so when I put a post up on a Downers Grove Facebook group several people suggested LaCassa plumbing.
