Patterson is a super nice guy. He was very informative and kind. Also, he is a Harry Potter nerd and that is awesome, because I am one too. It gave us something to talk about as he inspected the plumbing and fixtures. Then, I left him to do his thing and he was efficient. He went over the inspection report with me and made sure I was content with my service provided by Tiger today. Great experience.

As you will see from pics. When I bought my place some things were, shall we say, hidden from me. I went to fix a warped shower wall and I couldn't believe it. Tiger gave me a bid on three possible fixes. Decisions were made and my outstanding experience began. What a wonderful group of people. From the staff behind the scene to the people that were in my home were A+. Very personable and topnotch. Oh, by the way I love my bathtub area now.

Excellent service. Sam K, showed up on time which is awesome. He then immediately assessed the situation and was able to provide me with an estimate. He completed the job quickly and answered all of my questions. The customer service when setting up the appointment was great as well. I called and provided the time I would be free which is a limited window and she said no problem and was able to schedule me. Very polite, very nice. Overall great customer service.
