They were very prompt at addressing a leak coming from somewhere on my roof. Their diagnosis was to replace a large patch of roof, where they claimed the leak was coming from. Two weeks later, the leak continued from the same spot on the ceiling and they claimed it was from a different spot around an exterior window. Two more visits/ assessments later they did a water test and found the leak was from around the window all along, and roof patch/ replacement @ 700 was not even necessary! Now they want me to pay more for the “new leak!”

We were referred to Ryan the owner. He was great prior to & even during the on site visit of our home addition. He said they could get the job done in 4 days. Just as someone else stated about having issues with the estimate, so did we. He said he'd have the estimate to us on Thursday, Friday at the latest he came by on a Wednesday. We heard nothing so we reached out to him late Friday & he said it would now be Saturday, Monday at the latest. Of course, we heard nothing Monday so we reached out & he didn't respond. We reached out Tuesday & he didn't respond. Ignoring potential customers who are having to reach out to you because you didn't adhere to your word is incredibly unprofessional. Communication & reliability are 2 very key parts in a working relationship, especially when you are entrusting someone with your home. If fulfilling the promise of an estimate is too difficult, how could they be entrusted to actually get the job done? What a waste of everyone's time.
