Said we' d have to replace the hot water heatercalled and arranged all the supplies needed and another person to bring them. Then disconnected everything, drained, etc. , had everything ready for partner arrival. Installed expeditiously and efficiently. Cleaned up the mess. All in 4 + hours! Were kind to our dog! | Tommy Pickles | Not good. Dug up my cable and internet lines and tried to hide it. Left yard a mess for weeks. It cost me to have new lines ran in my yard then when they finally came back to level the yard wich they never gave us a warning or had permission to be here they cut the lines again. When I called to have the issue fixed Jerry didn't seem to care that our jobs both depend on having internet in our home and that it needs to be fixed right away. When told he needed to send someone out to fix this day of he hung up. I would chose a alternative company and save yourself the trouble. |

I personally would like to draw attention to Doug M. who is consistently professional, proficient, and positive. When a problem is past my skill set I know that a call to PSPH will fix it and my tenants will think we are all heroes...Win/Win! I have had Doug help me with heat pump repair, water heater installs, new heat pump installation, mystery plumbing issues including strange sounds caused by heating drain pipes running past studs in the wall, and a host of other issues: all of which have been professionally solved.
