Jenna Molner	Used Thomas brothers today for a big clog we had in our kitchen sink. It was a tough clog but our plumber did a great job. He even answered all of my 4 and 2 year olds questions and treated us all like family. It was a wonderful experience and he fixed everything in a timely manner!
Ryan Eskelson	Had them out to investigate a leak coming from the upstairs down to the basement. They identified the leak but refused to fix it. In the process of looking in the ceiling to find the leak the lazy plumber put a massive dent in the top of our dryer. Apparently he couldn't be bothered to use a ladder or ask for a step stool. Since he didn't tell us he made the dent I called to complain, I was passed off to his manager Justin. After calling twice and being given the run around I will be forced to go to the BBB . What an awful company. Would not recommend to anybody.
