Incredible service from the time of the first phone call. I had called my insurance company on Sunday after finding out that my water bill was so high since last September now Jan. I had surgery so didn't pay attention to water bill since on auto pay. Insurance said they would have someone call Monday am. Got call 8:30 am Monday from Helen incredible personality that emanates wanting to help you. Helen kept me up to date on all service calls for 2 days until job was done. Technicians Cody, Colton and Max explained each step in the process and had the leak located and fixed in 26 hours from the first visit. Very knowledgeable, informative and made me feel secure in their work. There was was a mammoth of tree roots from a very large tree. Max is a master with an excavator. They cleaned up my yard and did it all while it was raining. I would recommend them for any size job. Greatest staff of people I have worked with.

Wickstrom Service Co. Workers found the location of our burst pipe underground and quickly fixed it. They had 20 jobs that they were working on that week and they did their best to get to us as soon as they could. They communicated well about what they were doing and how they would fix it. Tom was great! My kids have been using paper towels in place of toilet paper, which clogged the toilet. Tom came out first thing in the morning to help us out! Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Wickstrom for any pluming needs in the future.
