First. I am horrible with names, but believe it was Brandon. My water heater just quit working when I needed to take a bath after a long day at work. From the time I called until he arrived, he kept me posted and let me know almost to the minute when he was getting here...He was professional and thorough. Had the element replaced quickly. Took the time to answer my questions. Didn't try to sell me a new water heater, just fixed the one I had. Nothing says I am home like a hot bath after a long grueling time at work. I was very happy he was punctual and even happier he didn't try and take advantage of the situation. I would reccomend Dillon Plumbing based on my tech's work. He was simply, great.
