Jay came highly recommended by a friend. He was here the next morning found and fixed not only my problem but stayed and fix some other things that needed to be fixed. He did not charge me over what he had already quoted me even though he should have charged me more. He explained exactly what I needed to have done and why. He was super knowledgeable and I trusted him right away. I've had other experiences with plumbers in this town that have not been anywhere near as positive as my experience today. Jay was good to me, but he was also good to his apprentice that he was training. You can always tell a good employer by the way he treats his employees. Highly recommend. when I need my new sewer line in my backyard this spring I will be calling Jay to do the job. Thank you guys.

Called them up because my main line was clogged, they came out got it cleared, took video of my pipes and even fixed my sink. Overall a great group, very fair, explained what they were doing and were very friendly, they left the bathroom clean and gave me a quote to replace the main, waiting on doing that but overall a fair and honest group. Would recommend to anyone.

Jay is very professional and was so helpful on getting new water heater in quickly and for great price, I wouldn't call any other plumber in blackfoot
