Just missed a 5-star rating here. I had 2 problem on my water heater, a leak on the outlet line, and thermostat was popping c/b. They took care of the leak no problems, but even though I pressed for further testing on the popped thermostat, all the tech wanted to mention was the cost of replacing the tank... Needless to say the tank is leak free, but 1 day later I had to replace the thermostats myself super easy, BUT I would have paid them to do it if they would have entertained my additional problem on the tank. Oh well I saved some cash, but they need to listen more to the customer.

Professional company. I know nothing about plumbing, but I think they were reasonable and didn't take advantage of my ignorance. Aaron was our plumber, and he did a great job of installing two toilets in our home at a reasonable price.
