Staci promptly answered, listened to my story of woe and offered next day service. truth be told I had called another company first and they offered service in 2 weeks. Plus Staci said she could be more specific at 9:00am next day. At that time she estimated 10:00am , and the team was there at 9:55am with shoe coverings that my wife loved as she usually has to clean up after repair people. Scott assessed the problem, brought in the machinery and corrected the clogged drain to better than new. By 11:00am I was singing in the shower much to the dismay of the Missus.
