When I googled plumbers -Rooter Express Plumbing and Drain 's ad indicated they were open 24/7. I made the call and explained the problem and had nothing but positive experiences from that moment forward. I received phone calls to discuss the problem, weekend rates and when the technician would arrive at my home. They kept me updated when the technician was 15 minutes away from my house. When Frank, the on call technician arrived, he was professional and was timely with his repairs. Excellent service! Everyone was professional! Now weekend rates are just that weekend rates - but how much would you say access to your water is worth to be able to take a shower, wash clothes and cook! ON A WEEKEND!! Worth every penny spent! Thanks everyone, one happy customer!

I called them for a clogged drain. They arrived within three hours, called me as they were leaving the previous job to come to my house as they had promised, were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took about 15 minutes to explain the problem and for him to ask questions and work up an estimate and about thirty minutes for him to snake out the drain. The estimate and final price for both 238. I was very happy with everything except for the price which seems excessive, but I'm not familiar with plumbing prices.
