Chris was dispatched to our home this morning for our emergency. He called and said he would be at our home in about 20 minutes and was right on time. After he did his inspection of our water backup in the master bathroom, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We found him extremely knowledgeable and caring about his customer and his work. You don't find such a dedicated person too much these days. If anyone needs a great technician, he gets a rating of excellent and will be highly recommended by us.

DJ was my service tech and he was absolutely wonderful. Had some issues with my toilets and he came pretty much right away to help us out. He was thorough and easy to understand in explaining the issue and our options to fix it, along with fully explaining the cost breakdown. He also gave me some great advice on how to maintain my plumbing.
