This place is a joke! Or at least the guy that couldn't understand pictures and common sense. I really didn't won't to go to Lowe's and try to find the thing's I needed. So I Google plunbing supply store's in Albany. I chose this company because it was close to me. I told the guy at the counter that I'm installing a new water pump in my Cargo Conversion trailer. I already have the water heater and sink installed and used it several times at campgrounds. The water pump will allow us to dry camp, I have Solar, inverter, and a generator. The guy kept saying that he didn't know anything about a camper. I showed him the pictures of the pump and my plumbing under the kitchen sink. All purchased from Lowe's There's nothing in my trailer conversion with RV DNA. It's all home plumbing. Just needed a braided hose, several brass fittings and a check valve. He said he couldn't hellp me because they don't have plumbing for campers. REALLY!!! I drove to Lowe's and the guy in plumbing helped me find what I needed. 36 and 30 minutes later I was on my way. BTW.. Lowe's don't sell RV stuff either. LOL. Terrible Customer Service!!!
