One of my mom's tenants had a clogged kitchen sink. It was New Year's Eve, so I thought it would certainly be a problem to get someone to come clear it. However, when I called this service, the dispatcher, who is very nice, sent someone right over. They charged us what they promised. No hidden fees or tacked-on services. Great, speedy job. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We really appreciate the prompt response from the plumber and the consultation and honesty from him! We contacted this service after experiencing some issues with our sewer main. They responded within a few minutes and our plumber, arrived at our door 30 mins later. He was very informative throughout the process and did not charge us for the service after hours of painful inspection. It turns out that our access to the front main was completed covered by cement. Though our line may be broken, he reassured us that'll he'll be back for second inspection before we're comfortable in proceeding with next steps.
