My regular plumber retired and was away when I received my new Toto Neorest 700H Bidet Toilet, and because the toilet was expensive, I did not want "anybody" to install and risk breaking or invalidating my warranty. My retired plumber recommended CJ Bass, and he was spot on! The plumber became available earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly for me punctuality, and he was friendly and admitted he had not installed my specific toilet, but he had installed a similar one in The Presidential Suite of a major hotel on the island 10K toilet. He was knowledgable and went to work explaining the amount of time expected and the labor cost per hour + any parts. The toilet installation is complicated and Toto recommended only the most experienced plumber should install. The gentleman completed the job in 2.5 hours as expected with parts at a reasonable price. CJ Bass completed the work for a price lower than expected. The plumber cleaned up, and was out the door with my toilet fully operational. My family has used all functions of the toilet and it is working perfectly,. I typically do not write reviews, unless they are warranted. CJ Bass is professional, timely and fair priced. I highly recommend them for the simplest plumbing job to the most complicated.
