Stellar service! They were in and out quickly and were very kind and professional. One of the toilets had an extra problem, and they broke down the issue with me step by step, explaining our options and advising along the way. It's rare to find service that explains the options in a way that is both respectful, and could be understood by anyone. Final point, and possibly the most important: They were very very kind to my pit bull. Absolutely fantastic service! Very Happy!

After we had new floors installed in our bathroom we discovered the toilet could no longer fit into the pipe in the floor so we called White's to come raise the flange and install the toilet. A couple days later we found a leak in the base of the toilet and at the time we thought the installation had a problem so we called White's again and they came out and made adjustments for free. A couple of days later this happened again and when they came out again they inspected our brand new toilet and discovered a subtle factory default causing the leak. Not only was their installation great but they didn't charge me a dime for coming out and working on this problem that had nothing to do with them, out on 2 separate occasions. Fantastic company with great people. Highly recommend.
