We had been in search of a solution to convert a garden tub faucet assembly to something that would accommodate a handheld shower sprayer, so that our tub could be used as a shower too. We had been to several places with no luck. Other stores had simply said, "sorry, we can't help you." Palmer's Hardware was our last stop and we explained what we were trying to do to these very friendly, down to earth people. Before I finished explaining it to the woman that was working there, she knew exactly what we were looking for. She took the faucet assembly piece and began work on threading the nozzle head, in order to put a fitting into it, so that a sprayer could be attached to it. Within 15 minutes we were out the door with exactly what we needed to make this faucet usable as a shower, and we also felt like we were now part of their extended family of customers. I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Simply the best.
