Had a 2pm appointment called @1:30 telling me he was sick...rescheduled for 9am following day.....waited all morning....NO SHOW or call. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and unskilled. Couldn't even unclog a drain. ABS came the afternoon I called cleared the drain from the kitchen....FANTASTIC! Bob was snaking my utility drain next to the washer DUMB DUMB PLUMBING DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I wouldn't give him the time of day. By the way..he informed me by phone when he finally returned my call that and I quote, "my drain field was probably collapsing and would probably cost around 20K"...funny ABS plumbing fixed the clog and I have not had anymore problems. Just looked his contractors license expired in 1997. |
