We moved into a house that the previous people had the same last night and this company has completely stolen our money. We keep paying over a 100 every two weeks and some had had our water shut off ten days after we started our service. I never received a bill until today. Amy swore it was sent and corrected. I get my mail yesterday and they lied. Stop thinking the residents are incompetent because what you fail to realized is the mail is post marked the day the company send them out. Why is my bill stamped a week after the due date? |
