I had a sewage back-up on Monday morning. I called Bayfront firstmistake and they told me they couldn't come out until THURSDAY!! Called Maxwell, and not only did they come out that day within a few hours, but Chris also went above & beyond, and found a split in my line near the clean out, and fixed that as well. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. I will be contacting Maxwell, and referring them to anyone around the Key going forward.

Absolutely amazing. We had a leak under our slab, and even with a leak detection company coming out it was kind of difficult to spot. Unfortunately my house is very weirdly put together with some add ons post Ivan. I called Greg out for a quote, and he spent nearly two hours of his FREE time double checking everything to make sure we were going to rip up the right spot and to fix the leak the most economical way possible. Once I had my insurance adjuster out, I called the office to schedule the repair. They were able to schedule two business days out and arrived on time. The worker with greg was very professional and they were able to fix the leak with a little extra elbow grease. The amount I paid was reasonable and on the lower end of the estimate. Everything was cleaned up neatly upon completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and honest service.

I have used this company several times with no complaints but I had an issue with my toilet not working and needed them to replace them with new ones which I have already purchased and have here,the office manager could not get anyone out for almost a week, I explained this is a long time to go without a toilet and asked to speak with the owner which she replied he is not in and if he was couldn't change the scheduling that was entirely up to her. So I called another plumbing company and they are coming out first thing in the morning. They just lost a customer and I will never recommend them for ant work because of the lady in the office.
