Terrible customer......... My senior citizen parents were recommended by a Caucasian friend, but maybe they just don't like people of color. My parents took their window screens out and brought them to the store in hopes of having new screens made. My mother mentioned how she was treated when she left the screens, but we chalked it up a rare bad day. After several weeks, my parents picked up the new screens and none of them fit their home. Moreover, the store discarded their original screens. Mistakes can happen but it was the way my parents were treated. In addition, the receipt didn't have any measurements to reference. My parents took the screens back and the salesperson, Robert M., was very unprofessional and rude. My mother simply got a refund and is still left without screens. It's just a shame that small town businesses, with little competition, can get away with making money while delivering poor customer service. Zero stars for this lackluster experience, but I was forced to give at least 1 star.

I think they are wrong for not accepting ANY returns that they deem to be hurricane related....BAD business practice. I do NOT see all sales final on my receipt. I do see it on the generator I bought which is fair. I knew it when I bought it. But otherwise it is not listed on the other receipts. They have 1 sign behind the counter that you had to be facing the back of the store to see. but a Range cord.......or a 60.00 extension cord. Think they should be a little more sympathetic. At least offer a store credit

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Great selections and very competitive prices. Also has things the big box stores don't. Definitely will be my first choice for shopping for home improvement and repair items.
