Plumbing services by Continental Plumbing Services, LLC in New Port Richey, Florida

This is the first time I used Continental plumbing and it won't be my last. Joan was my technician. She called and told me her name and when to expect her. She was on time, polite and explained the procedure. Joan was faster than she said. The job was completed professionally with no leaks. I could have done the job but alot longer and a few choice words. If I have more jobs like that I would be calling Continental plumbing again

The two plumbers that came were very polite, knowledgeable, and prompt to start working. They even removed the pipes and pump, that I was going to do myself with great difficulty, for me. I liked the idea that they had office people to set up an appointment and get things started, rather than having to wait until the plumber got done for the day before responding to my initial call. I will be calling them back to remove an old sink and install a new one in my garage soon.

My experience today was five star all the way. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great rapport building with their new customer, very informative and a very trusting feeling working with them. They made a very stressful day tolerable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and will be making them my go to plumbers in the future!
