C H	1. Didn't show for initial appointment. 2. "part ordered" never followed up with me. I have called at least 6 x been 5 weeks waiting so far I am always told it is on order and they are checking on it and will call me back to give me an update. I have NOT received one return call from them. Gihada supposedly the manager said the faucet was generic and thus needed a special part that takes longer. I don't think she knows what generic means. 3 need training on customer service and professionalism -this has been a horrible experience just to fix a simple faucet. I can't imagine what it would be like in a plumbing emergency. I will definitely be going elsewhere.

The plumber Guillermo was very efficient he checked both toilets and tub for symptoms and then got to work. He was able to run the sewer machine from a clean out and left everything back in order.
