Anya Weir	I replaced a big water tank to a tankless water heater back in January. My invoice quote had the electrician in the quote but after the tank was replaced I was informed that I must pay the electrician separately. I was already paying a lot. Anyway, this heater has not been used since then. My sister arrived 2 days ago and had to take a cold shower. The tankless heater doesn't work now!!!! Hasn't even been used. So they kindly came and switched it for another but I was disappointed to be charged another 126 after already paying 900 for the original job. Plus my extra electrician fee. I've never written a bad review but I do feel a little screwed here.
