Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they "think" the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn't let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We called Blue Box when the hot water in the kitchen just started to dribble out, same for the guest bath too and it had problems with the cold water too. They gave us an quote 530 cheaper than a competitor to completely remove all the galvanized supply lines both hot and cold under the house. It took Plumber Pete a couple days to complete the arduous task but the water now comes out in a strong, full stream and hotter than ever. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was pleasantly surprised - Pete was professional and thorough, he explained what needed to be done and finished the job on time. Considering that the last plumber I called left everything a mess Pete ensured that he left everything clean and tidy. He earned my business - I will be calling Blue Box whenever I need a reliable plumber!
