Called two different times on a Sunday needing assistance. Got the “receptionist” and she assured me that their “on-call person would call us back on their availability”.. as our matter got worse, hours later, I called back and the same receptionist answered. This time after I told her ALL my information all over again, she finally remembered me as I was begging at any cost for someone to come out that day OR at the very least call us back with a set-up time for Monday hopefully.. AGAIN she assured us that they'd call right back............... guess what we had to get another plumber! The name is “dependable”?

Jeff just came out and fixed the sink and toilet. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Will use dependable plumbing for all my needs.

Dependable plumbing Is an excellent company! I highly recommend them! When I 1st called I was greeted by a very professional woman who scheduled my appointment And took care to see that my job was scheduled on time, and ordered exactly the way that I was told during my estimate. Leah was very pleasant! Then she explain to me that her tech by the name of Jeff would be assisting me with my needs. Jeff came out and helped me get I a small water heater installed! It was in a sort of tight and odd place to fit it but he did a beautiful job so professional he was quick and reasonable. He was polite and patient. Their prices are so reasonable I will look to them again for any future plumbing needs!
