I would hate for someone to experience what I did with this company. I am the first to write a good review if warranted but I had never been more compelled to write this review because how this company literally took my money and did not do the job. Plumber Greg came out and quoted me 275 to install new pipe from my laundry drain after I explained that there must be a clog somewhere since I mended the pipe before. Either way he cut the elbow joint that took him 5 seconds to do then decided to use a 6 balloon drain unclogger to try and unclog the pipe to come to the conclusion that installing the new pipe would be futile since what I told him about the clog was true. He wrote on the company invoice that he couldn't complete the job as quoted and could not charge me. This however did not stop the owner Clement from sending me the bill for the 275 for the mere fact he sent his plumber to my house. I explained Greg wrote on the invoice that he couldn't charge me since the job couldn't be done as quoted. They kept the money and now I have to resort to let everyone know to stay away from this company. His own employee told me that owner is shady! Go figure. READ OTHER REVIEWS! I should have!!!!!
