If you want the best customer service check out Scott Greenberg and his son. Both very knowledgeable about hot water heaters. They provided quick and friendly professional service and installation. I appreciated the follow up. Best equipment for a good price!!

We have been very dissatisfied with this company. Scott came 3 times to try and fix my AC unit and charged me but never completed the repair. He promised many times to come back and complete the job and for a month we needed to run after him. When you finally get him on the phone all you get is "I'm busy but I will get to you". Problem is that after repeated appointments to come back he never does. Always the same routine. Tells you that he will be there and he never shows or lets you know he can't make it. Then he orders a motor which he thinks is the problem and then changes his mind. Rude, gruff, unprofessional and incompetent. After 40 years in business you would think he would know how to fix a standard AC unit. Stay away from this company unless you want to be charged for a job that never gets done.

Great job. Was at my house the day after I called replacing the water heater. Scott takes care and makes suggestions so you get the best deal for the money.
