After the prorated time was up I paid two months and they pumped it out once, and it took me calling them twice before they pumped it. I asked if they're pump a small tank with gray water to make up for all the weeks they didn't pump the potty. Nope couldn't do that, they said they would come out and we'd talk it over, see what the price would be... They never showed. Until I made arrangements with a different company, told them to pick up potty on my next normal pump day. They came and removed the potty before my week was up. Save the Hassel, go with a different company.
