I was happy with the sale and installation of the water heater. This hy-brid promises to safe me around 400 plus per year. I was impressed at the knowledge and guidance provided in the purchase and installation process.

We were fortunate enough to cross paths when our home warranty company sent our Gator Drain & Plumbing for some work that had previously been "Completed" by "another" company they sent. David was very honest, up front and friendly. It's always been hard to find a good, honest plumber, and Gator is exactly that. High quality work at a fair price. Jordan showed up on time and did a great job! Would definitely reccomend. He took the time to thoroughly listen to our issue. Was ready with all of his tools and stuff to protect our wood floors. There are roots in our line, but was able to help today and with next steps. 5 stars for service, punctuality, work done and communication. It was hard to get a company out here quickly and Gator was much easier to work with than the other companies we contacted. Extra bonus was that our toddler was comfortable with him in the house and Jordan took the care to ensure her safety.
