Called and scheduled service earlier in the week for a pump out at my home. They came on a SUNDAY which I think is unique. They did exactly as promised. The tech Brian was professional, courteous, and well educated about the job he performs. Great company. Highly recommend.

This company ripped me off ! They said I needed to replace my drain field when in fact it was a broken pipe at the lift station. There was standing water sewage water at the lift station I was told the drain field was almost 30 yrs old and that was the cause of the problem. I was told by the owners son in law Jason that if I replaced it on a Sat and paid with cash he would do the job for 3,000.00. I told him to go ahead and do it, after he was done I paid him the 3,000.00 cash. The next day the sewage water was again in the yard at the lift station location. I called Jason and told him about the sewage water at the lift station. He came right out he dug down to the lift station and found a broken pipe that lead from the lift station to the drain field he replaced the pipe and left. I called another company and asked if a drain field needs to be replaced because of a broken pipe at the lift station. They said the broken pipe should be replaced and that should solve the problem not replacing the drain field. Plus there was never a permit pulled with the county. Find another company buyer beware

Brian was exceptional. Not only was he very personable but he also gave me great tips to keep my Septic working at optimum levels. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing Septic services. Great customer service at a reasonable price!
