I've used this company everytime I've had a plumbing issue and have had work done in a timely manner but today I was charged for 2 service calls for an issue that should have been addressed during the first service call and wasnt. There was no compromise especially after I spoke to someone in sept that said there would be no charge as long as I replaced the part from moen which is guaranteed for life. I thought well maybe I misunderstood and offered to split the difference and pay 35 instead of 75. I brought the part to their shop. The person who made the decision couldnt even tell me to my face he made is secretary do it after running her back and forth several times and she was a fabulous lady...typical coward. I worked for 1 just like him in the 80's and 90's. I've been a small business owner too |
