Let me first start with scheduling, I left a message with Jerry and he returned my call within minutes and he told me that he'd get me on the schedule asap and he did just that. Five Stars on Scheduling. The day of the appointment Jerry called to give me the heads up that the technician was coming. When Dan arrived on time I threw a number of issues at him, walked him thru the house, he was very receptive and explained to me in detailed what the issues where and possible solutions for each a number of the issues were things that did not need to be addressed immediately unlike other plumbers that are too quick to jump into fixing issues that could definitely wait/or should be observed before making a decision on what to do and and sending big bills. To me Dan provided me with outstanding customer service. If you are looking for a plumber do not hesitate to call these guys great pricing and excellence all across the board.
