I've used a number of different plumbers but I've always had consistent service with Rotorooter. From scheduling the service to arrival, they are extremely responsive and easy to reach. For my last visit, I had to main drain clog yes, absolute nightmare and the plumber they sent Orlando 689 was extremely knowledgeable, expedient and went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns I had about the problem re-occurring. He identified why there was an issue and walked me through resolving it. Will recommend and use again.

Called Roto-Rooter at 5am and within 3hrs, we had Marlon 2176 at our home. He was an incredible problem solver, quickly identified the issue at hand, was efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly.
